To make your CBT and EMDR Therapy as comfortable as possible, I offer flexible online or face to face appointments. Online sessions are held via MS Teams or Zoom.

Due to me not being able to act as a crisis service, please refer to the emergency services if in need of urgent crisis care. In the event of an emergency where you are at risk to yourself or others or from others, call 999 or go to your local Accident and Emergency Department.
If it is not an emergency, you are welcome to give me a call or send me a message on the contact form and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Messages are monitored but not constantly. I will endeavour to respond within 72 hours.
