Your therapy will be tailored to your individual needs. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), I work with adults, teenagers, and children. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you, so you feel supported, understood, and guided towards better emotional and mental wellbeing.
Depression, fear and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through CBT and EMDR treatment, I am able to help you recover the motivation, perspective and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of recovery using Trauma Focused CBT (TF CBT) and, or EMDR.

Online sessions are held from the safety and comfort of your own home at a time that is convenient to you. You can be seen on MS Teams or Zoom platforms for the online sessions.
Session Length & Fees
All sessions are 50 mins to 1 hour long (CBT sessions) and up to 90 mins long (EMDR sessions). Assessments are between 60 to 90 mins long. Fees will be discussed at first point of contact.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT looks at the link between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. It provides a safe space to talk about what’s going on for you, while gently exploring unhelpful patterns and how to change them. You’ll also learn practical techniques you can use in daily life to manage stress, anxiety, or low mood.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR helps your brain process difficult memories so they feel less upsetting. With gentle eye movements or other guided techniques, you can work through past experiences safely. Over time, those memories lose their intensity, helping you feel calmer and more in control.
Terms and conditions will be emailed to you so that you can sign and return to me before the initial session begins. Terms and conditions consist of: Fees and how to pay, Confidentiality statement, Risk statement, Cancellation policy, Consent to Treatment, and Data Protection.
As my aim is to make your CBT and EMDR Therapy as comfortable as possible, I am open to flexible arrangements.

As I mentioned, thank you so much for all your help throughout the therapy. I have benefitted a lot and am much more in control of my feelings and able to cope better when things go wrong.
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Esther for all of her help. I really appreciate how Esther has supported me and made me feel comfortable in our sessions. Esther created a safe space for me to be open. Her guidance has made a big difference in my life, and I’m really grateful for the work we’ve done together.
I feel so much more calm about the trauma since your therapy sessions, they have had such a positive impact on my life and I wanted to thank you for this. So thank you very much for all your support in my journey, and I hope all is well with you.
